慢性蕁麻疹の病態生理の研究

慢性蕁麻疹の病態生理の研究

慢性蕁麻疹は5人に1人が罹患するといわれている国民病ですが、病態生理はよく分かっていません。当科ではアレルギーセンターを中心に慢性蕁麻疹の病態生理を研究しています。慢性蕁麻疹の半数は自己免疫性といわれており、自己血清皮内テストにて診断できます。我々は慢性特発性蕁麻疹患者においてマスト細胞、好塩基球の高親和性IgE受容体(FceRI)のα鎖に対する自己抗体や抗IgE抗体の解析を行っております。今後も研究を継続して行います。
